Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee has the following responsibilities: recommend position description for all staff, review and recommend to Session compensation packages for all staff, recommend personnel policies to the Session, encourage professional growth and development for all staff, recommend to the Session ways to manage risk exposures, implement a plan of equal employment oppotunities, provide an annual review process, act as support for the pastors and other members of the staff and confer with the pastors on any important issues of concern.
