Newtown Presbyterian Church's adult handbell choir is the Canon Ringers.  This lively group rehearses on Thursday evenings at 6:45 PM from September through May in the handbell room B2. The ensemble generally rings during worship once a month and is more active during Advent and Christmas. A small ensemble can ring at special services and in the community throughout the year. The group rings on five octaves of Schulmerich handbells and three octaves of Schulmerich hand chimes.
