 FEES:                                       $390.00 for youth

                                                $250.00 for adult sponsors

includes: transportation, food, insurance, leadership, housing,

entertainment, closing dinner, and a tee shirt

 

*You MUST participate in at least 3 fundraisers.

*Full & Partial Scholarships available – call Blake for information

                                                *Bring about $50 - $100 for extra meals, personal stuff, etc.

 

PASSPORTS:                           We suggest a passport for every person on the trip. We can

provide the Passport forms. If that is not possible a birth certificate

will be acceptable. We will also require a letter from a parent or

guardian for every youth under the age of 18. We will provide the

The charge for notarizing the letter is typically $5.00.

WHERE WILL WE WORK:        Habitat for Humanity ~ Soup Kitchen

Homeless Shelter ~ Children’s Home

 

FUNDRAISING:                       We will have several fundraising events  (see schedule below)

 

TRANSPORTATION:               Two 52 passenger, air-conditioned coaches from Perkiomen Motor

Coach Company - professional drivers. We will also be using the

CAT Ferry from Maine to Nova Scotia.

 

REGISTRATION:                     $50 deposit & medical form are due no later than

        Bring your baked goods on Saturday between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm

        -or- Bring them when you come Sunday morning at 8:30 am

 

#3   STOCK SALE – April 13th through July 3rd

                Shares of stock available for sale for $5 / share

                Private stockholders meeting – September dinner

 

#4  BEDDING PLANTS, GERANIUMS, and HANGING BASKET SALE

*Saturday, May 10th, 2:00 pm

        Unload bedding plants from the truck at the Chancellor St. Church

 

*Sunday, May 11th, 8:30 am – 10:30 am –or- 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

        Sell bedding plants between services at the Chancellor St. Church

 

#5   CAR WASH #1

                *Sunday, June 1st    – 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

                Car wash - behind the Historic Presbyterian Church on Sycamore Street

 

#7   Car Wash #2 and Bake Sale #2
