Christian Education
Helping Children in Need A needle, some thread or yarn, a bit of love – we make Binky blankets for kids who need comfort and we give them away!!! One
of our Christian Education Mission Projects has been to make Binky
Blankets for children in need – ill, abused, in foster care or experiencing
other traumas. You can also help
these children by sending for an Albertson’s Community Partners card.
Use it whenever you shop at the local ACME. Send a stamped self addressed envelope to: Community Partners c/o Binky Patrol, Inc.
The Binky Patrol will send you a card that can be presented to the cashier to scan any time before the grocery order is totaled. The amount of the purchase is automatically recorded and credited to the Binky Patrol’s account. A percentage is sent to them several times a year to be used for batting, yarn, postage, printing and other basic expenses. Look at their web site www.binkypatrol.org . If we all join together we can make a difference!!!
